NYX Tea Rose & Paris
After hearing many bloggers claiming how wonderful these lipsticks were, I finally decided to give them a try.
So here are my first NYX purchases ever. :D
I was pretty glad how they costed around only $5 each, since I'm trying to save up right now! They are the cheapest lipsticks I've ever owned, but let me tell you that the quality is fairly decent for the price you pay!
So after reading a few blog reviews I decided to pick up two shades, paris and tea rose.
I chose them based on how wearable the colours were during the daytime :P
I love how this lipstick has a strip of colour at the bottom, it tells you what colour is in the tube :D
left to right: paris, tea rose
top to bottom:
paris - the perfect barbie pink
tea rose - a warm coral
I love how these lipsticks are super pigmented! I find them quite moisturising when you apply a lip balm underneath, and also it prevents the lipstick from setting into the cracks of your lips.
Overall, I think these lipsticks are a great buy and I can't wait to try other NYX products.
Have you ever tried any NYX products yet? Which ones were your favourite?

Wow these do look really pigmented and I love the shade of tea rose! The only Nyx product I have tried were one of their eyeliners which I bought from a store in Melbourne city which use to stock Nyx products (but which has now closed down!). The eyeliner was quite disappointing though and made my eyes look like panda's eyes in no time :( You should have taking advantage of Chemist Warehouse and My Chemist's 50% off makeup deal not long ago! I manage to get RImmel lipsticks for $5! So happy :)

me too! i think tea rose is my fave as well :D ohh which store was this? haha i really dont like eyeliners that arent smudgeproof :( once i went to uni and came home with racoon eyes, only then i figured why everyone was looking at me weirdly :(
ReplyDeleteomg 50%? i wish i knew about it D: i wouldave gone crazy on a makeup spree xD
